Avo Nana Chocolate Pudding


Healthy dessert or snack packed with nutrient benefits. You don't taste the avocado!

Essential Pregnancy Nutrients:

Fiber: Avocado & Banana

Folate: Avocado

Vitamin C: Avocado & Banana

Vitamin K: Avocado



  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1/2 ripe banana

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 2 tbsp sugar (can sub with honey or maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp vanilla


  1. Measure out the cocoa powder and sift through a sieve (this helps to prevent clumps in the pudding). Set aside.

  2.  In a food processor, add avocado and banana. Process until smooth.

  3. Add sifted cocoa powder, coconut milk, sugar, and vanilla. Scrape down the sides and continue to process until everything is combined.

  4. Empty chocolate pudding into a storage container.

  5. Refrigerate to chill for a better taste!

  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days (if it makes it that far!).
