BERRY NUT SMOOTHIE

An easy-to-make balanced breakfast or snack with brain-boosting nutrients!

Fiber: Banana & Berries

Folate: Spinach

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, frozen

  • ½ cup plain, whole milk yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

  • ¼ cup raw, unsalted walnuts (or nuts of your choice)

  • 1 tbsp chia & hemp seeds

  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk

  • ½ cup fresh spinach
