BERRY NUT SMOOTHIE
An easy-to-make balanced breakfast or snack with brain-boosting nutrients!
Essential Pregnancy Nutrients:
Fiber: Banana & Berries
Folate: Spinach
Omega's: Chia & Hemp Seeds

Ingredients:

1 banana, frozen
-
½ cup plain, whole milk yogurt

1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries

¼ cup raw, unsalted walnuts (or nuts of your choice)

1 tbsp chia & hemp seeds
-
¼ cup unsweetened almond or oat milk
-
½ cup fresh spinach
