Healthy Cookie Dough
Enjoy the taste of cookie dough that's safe, delicious, AND nutritious to eat!
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1/4 cup nut butter
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla, optional
Servings: 2 - 4
Prep Time: 15 minutes
1. Use unsalted chickpeas (in a can) if possible, or cook them yourself from scratch.
2. Cook and rinse your chickpeas well under water.
3. Add chickpeas, oat flour, nut butter, dates, and vanilla to the blender until smooth.
4. Transfer to bowl and stir chocolate chips in mix.
