Honey Parfait

MAMA'S HONEY PARFAIT

Easy to make, low sugar granola parfait that you can enjoy for breakfast or snack!

Essential Pregnancy Nutrients:

Iron: Oats & Almonds

Omega 3: Walnuts

Anti-nausea: Lemon Zest & Ginger

Calcium: Almonds & Yogurt

Fiber: Walnuts, Almonds, Banana & Oats

Potassium: Banana

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup Mama's granola

  • 1 cup plain, whole milk yogurt

  • 1/2- 1 tbsp honey

  • 1-2 tbsp unsalted almond butter

  • 1 banana, sliced

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

PREPARATION

1. Prepare granola ahead of time according to our recipe.

2. Stir whole milk yogurt, honey, almond butter, chia, and hemp seed together. Mix well.

3. Layer yogurt mixture, banana slices, and granola on top of each other. Repeat at least one more time.

4. Enjoy!
