MAMA’S MAGIC SHELL YOGURT
Nutritious & delicious twist on yogurt!
Essential Pregnancy Nutrients:
Fiber: Granola/Cereal, Banana, Berries, Flaxseed
Iron: Granola/Cereal
Omega 3: Flaxseed
Vitamin C & Potassium: Banana
Magnesium: Peanut Butter
Ingredients:
- 1 container plain, full fat yogurt
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 ripe banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup mashed berries
- 1 tbsp unsalted natural peanut butter (or preferred nut butter or sun butter)
- 1/2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup granola (or cereal)
- 1-2 tbsp walnuts (or peanuts), unsalted and chopped
- 1/4 chocolate chips, melted
PREPARATION
- Add flax seed, banana, berries, peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and granola to the yogurt container and stir.
- Top with melted chocolate and chopped nutsFreeze for at least 10 minutes (we like to do 30 minutes).
- Freeze for at least 10 minutes (we like to do 30 minutes).
- Enjoy!
