Mamas Summer Mocktail
MAMA'S SUMMER MOCKTAIL
Summer flavors from REAL fruit make this mama mocktail delicious and nutritious!
Essential Pregnancy Nutrients:
Fiber: Raspberry
Omega 3: Hemp Seeds
Vitamin C: Raspberry & Lemon
Ingredients:

1/2 lemon, freshly juiced
-
6 raspberries
-
12 oz sparkling water
-
1/2 tsp sugar plus more for the glass rim

Ice
-
2 tsp Hemp seeds
PREPARATION

Muddle the raspberries into the bottom of a glass.

Add in the lemon juice, ice, and top with sparkling water. Add the sugar and stir to combine.

Garnish with raspberries and enjoy!
* For coating the rim of the glass: Wet the rim of the glass with water. Place about 1 tsp sugar and 2 tsp hemp seeds in a small dish and stir. Coat the rim of the glass and garnish with berries.
