No-Bake Brownie Bites
Delicious and nutritious snack made with wholesome ingredients. They definitely have that brownie taste too!
Essential Pregnancy Nutrients:
Protein, Vitamin E, & Calcium: Almonds
Fiber: Almonds & Dates
Ingredients:
- ½ cup raw almonds
- ½ cup pitted dates, chopped
- 2 ½ tbsp. + 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Pinch salt
- 1 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Serving Size: About 12 Bites
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
PREPARATION
1. Chop ½ cup raw almonds in a food processor.
2. Add ½ cup dates, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, and maple syrup to the food processor and mix/pulse until combined.
3. Add the almond milk and process to combine.
4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to harden the mixture.
5. Mixture will be soft. Roll the brownie mix into a ball shape and store in the refrigerator.
6. Enjoy!
