Peppermint Hot Cocoa

Delicious and nutritious homemade hot chocolate with a peppermint twist!

Essential Pregnancy Nutrients:

Omega 3: Oat Milk

Iron: Cocoa Powder

Zinc: Cocoa Powder

Nausea Relief: Peppermint


Peppermint hot cocoa


  • 8 oz oat milk (or any other milk you prefer)
  • 1 tbsp (or to taste) sugar
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Peppermint tea bag

Serving Size: 1 Cups

Prep Time: 2 minutes



1. Heat milk over the stove on low heat in a small pot.

2. Mix cocoa and sugar together.

3. When the milk is warm-hot add the cocoa powder and sugar mixture and stir with a whisk until well mixed.

4. While heating, add the peppermint tea bag and steep for at least 1 minute.

5. Remove from heat and pour in a mug. Add preferred cocoa toppings!
