Pineapple & ginger Cold Remedy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • about 1 tbsp ginger root, diced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds, for glass rim

Serving Size: About 5-6, 1/4 cup servings

PREPARATION

1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Rim the glass in hemp seeds. Pour and drink about 1/4 cup 1-3 times daily.
