A blended home remedy drink to help ease any cold and cough symptoms without medicine!

Protein: Hemp Seeds
B Vitamins: Pineapple Juice
Vitamin C: Pineapple & Lemon Juice
Anti-nausea: Lemon Juice & Ginger Root
Ingredients:
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey
- about 1 tbsp ginger root, diced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds, for glass rim
Serving Size: About 5-6, 1/4 cup servings

PREPARATION
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Rim the glass in hemp seeds. Pour and drink about 1/4 cup 1-3 times daily.
