Potassium: Banana & Pumpkin purée

Calcium: Yogurt


Pumpkin Cinnamon Smootie


  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 - 1 tbsp unsalted almond butter

Serving Size: 1-2 servings
