A healthy, seasonal smoothie made with wholesome ingredients!

Fiber: Oatmeal, Banana & Pumpkin purée
Iron: Oatmeal
Vitamin A: Pumpkin purée
Potassium: Banana & Pumpkin purée
Calcium: Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 - 1 tbsp unsalted almond butter
