Sweet & Salty Pretzel Bites

Delicious and nutritious sweet & salty treat!!

Sweet & Salty Pretzel Bites


  • 1/4 cup unsalted peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 48 pretzels

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Freeze Time: 20 minutes



1. Mix together the peanut (or almond) butter with honey, vanilla, and water to form a thick filling.

2. Roll into teaspoon size balls. Place each ball on top of the pretzel and then place another pretzel on top (press down) to make a sandwich!

3. Meanwhile, heat up the chocolate chips in the microwave in 20-second intervals and stir each time. Heat until completely melted.

4. Dip each pretzel sandwich into the chocolate and place it on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

5. Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Store in fridge.
